Hi There.

I’m Spencer Young: a photographer.  I love food, and espresso.  Both constitute art for me.  I have one actual sister (Sadie) and six practical sisters.  I love Jesus, and I live for him.

I’m a student at Regent University, pursuing my Master of Divinity degree with an emphasis in Practical Theology. In addition to my studies, I’m a real estate agent in Salt Lake City, helping anyone from first-time homebuyers to seasoned executives find the perfect home and sell their existing home (if, of course, they have one).

For as long as I can remember, I’ve been fascinated with photography, both motion and still. There are home videos of me at 3 or 4 years old, jumping up and down because, in my own words, “I wanna take the pictures!”  To me, photography is all about savoring the moments; and it is about letting those moments come together to tell a story.  That story can be one of love, of beauty, of celebration, or anything else the photographer wants it to be.

That, for me, is what Eleora is all about: telling those stories, savoring those moments.  I hope you’ll continue to peruse my blog and check out my work.  And more than anything, I hope you’ll give me a chance to tell your story.  If you have any questions, or you’d like to sit down with me over lunch or coffee, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.  Thanks.
